BEGIN YOUR FUNDRAISING
Fundraising doesn't have to be difficult; yet, it takes some effort. In fact, fundraising can be very rewarding as you see people supporting you and your efforts. But, getting started early and creating a plan is the key to success. T2 has some great tools to help make it easy:
Your Participant Center is your information and fundraising home. Here, not only can you keep track of your fundraising progress, send fundraising emails, and personalize your Participant Homepage you will also find all your training and fundraising materials from off-line donor forms, training manuals and training schedules.
Logging in to your Participant Center: Go to the "Go To My T2" area at the top of the T2 website, and login to Active.com with the email and password you created during registration. Once you're logged in, just follow the icons to navigate through your participant center features.
Your Personal Page is your own personal fundraising page where your donors will be able to donate using their credit or debit card. There, they can see your picture, read your personal story, and even leave you words of encouragement! To maximize the benefits of your Personal Page; we encourage you to personalize your page by telling your story in your words, add pictures to create a page that will inspire your donors to support you. (You will find the links to "Edit My Page" in the participant center.) Once your personal page is set and you email it out to all your friends, family and contacts; don't forget to send your link out to your Facebook and/or twitter account...spread the word.
Once you begin your fundraising you will be surprised at how quickly your supporters will begin showing their support. And, the more progress you make, the more you'll be rewarded. T2 has some great incentive items to make exceeding your goals that much sweeter.
Through it all, you have T2's dedicated staff of TEAM Managers. Your TEAM Manager is here to assist you every step of the way. Give them a call, email them, approach them at training; they are here to see you succeed.
