We've decided to TEAM UP and join TEAM TO END AIDS (T2) and help in the fight against HIV/AIDS!
Nearly 1.2 million Americans are now living with HIV and 40,000 more will become infected this year. That is why over the next several months we will train with T2 to push ourselves further and further to support the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC). AFC is leading the fight against HIV/AIDS in the Chicago area by funding prevention programs and services such as medical care, food and housing, to stop the spread of HIV and help people live full and productive lives until the day there's a cure.

Founded in 1985 by community activists and physicians, the AIDS Foundation of Chicago is a local and national leader in the fight against HIV/AIDS. We collaborate with community organizations to develop and improve HIV/AIDS services; fund and coordinate prevention, care, and advocacy projects; and champion effective, compassionate HIV/AIDS policy.
