TEAM TO END AIDS (T2) Mission
TEAM TO END AIDS (T2)
The mission of TEAM TO END AIDS (T2) is to improve the lives of those who are affected and infected by HIV/AIDS. We do this by raising funds to support the programs of the AIDS Foundation of Chicago. Through our fundraising efforts we raise awareness and encourage every day people to get involved in creating an AIDS free generation. Through endurance sport and our social activities we celebrate not only our accomplishments; we celebrate the lives of the men, women and children whom HIV/AIDS has taken and those who are living everyday.
AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC)
The mission of the AIDS Foundation of Chicago is to lead the fight against HIV/AIDS and improve the lives of people affected by the epidemic.
Founded in 1985 by community activists and physicians, the AIDS Foundation of Chicago is a local and national leader in the fight against HIV/AIDS. We collaborate with community organizations to develop and improve HIV/AIDS services; fund and coordinate prevention, care, and advocacy projects; and champion effective, compassionate HIV/AIDS policy.
