 We Left Our Mark with the
AIDS Run and Walk 2006!

Thank you to everyone who joined over 5,000 participants for the AIDS Run and Walk Chicago! It was a beautiful day and fun was had by everyone. Whether you ran or walked the 5K lakefront course, your participation helped raise much needed funds to benefit the AIDS Foundation of Chicago and local AIDS Service organizations through the CommunityDirect program. Our goal this year was to net over $300,000 and with your support and hard work we made it happen!

Although the race is over, the fundraising can still continue. Fund raising pages will be kept active until October 31, 2006. CommunityDirect teams will still be required to submit all funds to the AFC office by Friday, September 22 to receive their Community Direct share.
